Roasted Parmesan Tomatoes

Here's a super yummy and super simple side dish (say that three times fast).
Parmesan Tomatoes.
They are so good and cheesy and a perfect compliment to any dish.
In a small bowl, I made a mixture of parsley, basil, 2 garlic cloves (minced) and parmesan cheese.
Then I cut tomatoes in half and piled the mixture right on top.
Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them in the oven on 450 for about 15 minutes, until they are tender.
And VOILA!

Doesn't get any better...
or easier.
